ReWork: A Social Enterprise that matches passionate young professionals with meaningful careers and projects

January 29, 2012 by Vallabh Rao

ReWork matches young professionals with companies addressing social or environmental issues for short-term projects and full-time placements. They work with social enterprises, non-profits, triple bottom line businesses, and CSR initiatives to staff them with incredible talent for short-term projects and full-time job placements. ReWork is a 2011 Unreasonable Institute Venture.

“We’ve spent the last five years earning our degrees, traveling around the globe, and working on all sorts of projects for organizations big and small—all with a vague yet relentless desire to find work that inspires us, challenges us, and also pays the bills. We’ve realized there’s no road map for finding meaningful work, no structured career path for people to figure out where and how they can make a difference, no community of people dedicated to this pursuit” reads their website.
